During the Easter school holiday, my family and I are having a two-week holiday in Costa Brava, Spain. We have walked along the GR92 route (also called Cami de Ronda or Costa Brava Way) many times and I have drawn pictures for the beaches and seafood. I recommend the ice cream/yogurt shop ‘llagurt’ for those with kids as it is a yogurt shop which lets you choose unlimited toppings.
At school in Food Tech, we are making rock buns and so I tested the recipe at home.
Today I had lots of time so I decided to carve some apple animals.
The turtle was carved from a granny smith apple and the butterfly was made of a pink lady apple.
This is the sixth year we have made a family album.
I had my party and it was brilliant! I decorated my own cake and look:
It was a skate party and we had loads of fun racing each other around the rink. I gave 10 mini skates and 1 big one away by lottery and my friends loved them. You can have a go at making one yourself. If you do, leave a picture in the comments below.
When we went to Catania, we had the best fish market ever! I bought samples of volcanic stone and we had the best time ever!
When we went to Naples, we ate at the world’s best pizza shop and visited Pompeii. I bought a palm dragonfly. To get to Naples we traveled on one of the fastest trains in the world: the red arrow (Frecciarossa).
