Minecraft Skinning

I’ve started to make minecraft skins. If anyone plays minecraft and wants me to make them a custom skin, I’m happy to do so as long as you provide a description (hair colour/length, eye colour, gender, clothing/colour, a picture reference if based on a person, etc.) and an email for me to send it to. I will try to finish it as fast as I can but it may take a few days as I have school work as well.

Here are some of my skins:

Camping in Wales 1

This week I have been camping in Barmouth, Wales which is near the sea. I’ve climbed a mountain and explored lots of north Wales. I’ve had an amazing time. My campsite was only a few minutes walk from the beach and so I spent a lot of time playing there.Me and my sister built many sandcastles and once we found a small crab in one of them!

VR Gaming

Only last Thursday, I visited Dame Alice Owens for their open day and was introduced to the world of google cardboard. Cardboard is a virtual reality thing that is like 3D combined with virtual reality. It is a sort of cardboard goggle with bi-convex lenses that is lets you place your phone in a slot with the cardboard app installed and a VR game on. Then you can experience things you want that you can’t in real life.

This is the cardboard website – click here

I am getting one this week and will tell you the results after I’ve tested it!

Sports camp

This week is UK half term, so we don’t go to school. At  a sports park, they have a holiday sports camp called Go Kids (also one called Go Play for younger children aged 3-5). They have different colour groups for different age groups. Yellows 4-5yrs, Reds 6-7yrs, Greens 8-9yrs, Blues 10yrs+. My sister and I went and it was really fun. Today we did Tag Rugby, Basketball, Dodgeball and Fencing. Each day we will do something different and on the last day we will have a sports party.

Minecraft PC

Inspired by Stampylongnose, Iballisticsquid and their fellow Minecraft players, I played my first ever successful game of Minecraft (creative) on PC. I wanted to create my own Minecraft Hunger Games map but bumped into two problems straight away, I didn’t know how to fly and there were too many Slime’s! I decided to check the instructions sheet I was given and managed to sort out the flying problem. My little sister told me to kill the Slime’s and I ended up building the spawn and trying to keep out the  really annoying Slime’s.

I didn’t manage to build the actual starting mechanism, but I found an awesome village and it weird because I couldn’t see any tiny or huge villagers, just a whole load of houses! The funniest thing’s were the Slime’s because if you were inside a house and the Slime was on the roof, you get these little green raindrops falling onto your head!

I love watching people playing Minecraft more than actually playing it myself because it isn’t actually me getting killed or me finding diamonds, but at least I could cheer whoever was playing on! Stampylongnose is my favourite Minecraft player and YouTuber, because he’s funny.
